You will integrate and develop electronics hardware for simulation workflows, design custom PCBs, conduct testing, and write embedded software.

Design, develop, integrate, and verify flight and ground RF/telemetry hardware for reentry vehicles. Own RF architectures, component selection, antenna integration, link budgets, lab and vehicle-level testing, and regulatory documentation. Collaborate across avionics, GNC, power, mechanical teams to ensure performance and mission readiness.

Lead design, implementation, integration, and verification of FPGA-based architectures for RF, communications, telemetry, and real-time signal processing. Translate algorithms into RTL, manage FPGA toolflow (simulation, synthesis, P&R, timing closure), optimize for latency/throughput/power, develop reusable IP and verification infrastructure, support board bring-up, hardware debug, and cross-discipline system integration for flight and ground avionics.

Capture requirements, run EM simulations, prototype and measure antenna performance, evaluate installed effects, and coordinate across RF, electrical, mechanical, thermal, software, and systems teams to achieve mission-ready communication solutions.

The Senior Executive Assistant will support the CTO and executive leadership, manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, and handle confidential information while driving operational efficiency.

Lead the development of mission products and payload integration, overseeing product roadmap, customer engagement, and managing a multidisciplinary engineering team to ensure successful integration of payloads into aerospace vehicles.

Lead development and validation of real-time DSP algorithms for communications, telemetry, sensing, and RF applications across flight and ground systems. Design, simulate, and optimize waveform generation, detection, demodulation, tracking, and estimation algorithms. Perform component-to-system RF measurements, lab setup, integration support, data collection and analysis, automation of tests (Python/MATLAB/LabVIEW), and collaborate with RF, antenna, DSP, FPGA, software, and electrical teams for mission readiness.

Design, integrate, and verify mixed-signal, embedded, and RF-adjacent electrical hardware for maneuverable reentry vehicles. Own schematic capture, PCB development, SDR integration, FPGA/processor/sensor interfaces, power/grounding/EMI mitigation, bench bring-up, test, and documentation across multidisciplinary teams from concept through production.

The Test Engineer II will lead and coordinate flight tests for re-entry vehicles, developing test equipment and procedures, ensuring safety and logistics.
