Manage end-to-end semi-monthly multi-state payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, and compliance. Manage and scale paid search performance by developing acquisition strategies, running A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and bids, expanding keywords/audiences, collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams, and delivering insights to meet growth and CAC targets.
