Lead and execute complex engagements for NSF TIP Logistics and Operational Support. Develop and drive work plans, perform business/process modeling and organizational assessments, create project deliverables, analyze performance measures, and manage tasks to completion within scope and budget while providing senior-level analytical and program support.

Support US Marshals Service Asset Forfeiture by assisting contracting officers with cradle-to-grave contract actions, preparing awards and administering contracts and task orders, reviewing solicitation packages, preparing Determinations and Findings per FAR, and conducting market and statistical research.

Provide executive-level administrative support for NSF TIP Directorate: manage calendars, meetings, travel, speaking-event logistics, correspondence, and front-desk screening of visitors, calls, and emails.

Plan and coordinate logistical requirements for meetings, panels, events, and webinars. Manage onsite and offsite event support, vendor contracting (venue, catering), budgets, printing, mailing, setup and breakdown, and outreach-event preparation.

Lead program and financial management for NSWC PHD: plan and control budgets, schedules, ROM estimates, risk mitigation, compliance, stakeholder reporting, and liaison with contracting officers to ensure contract performance.
