Serves as a primary customer contact for sales and market development in the aerospace supply chain industry. Develops new and existing customer relationships, identifies sales opportunities, negotiates, processes contract bids, prepares sales reports, sources products, ensures compliance with customer and export requirements, and supports cross-functional teams. The role also mentors junior sales representatives, participates in continuous improvement, and attends customer meetings, training, and sales events.

Manage strategic chemical customer contracts across commercial and operational functions. Lead growth strategies, P&L, forecasting, contract renewals, customer service, supply continuity, KPI development, and process improvements. Partner with Sales, Planning, and Procurement while managing customer relationships, profitability, and contract compliance. Lead, hire, train, mentor, and evaluate contract teams, and travel between customer sites as needed.

Expedites aerospace parts and rush orders, monitors material availability, troubleshoots order issues, and coordinates parts through receiving and inspection. Provides responsive customer service, processes orders accurately, performs detailed data entry and research, and supports warehouse or tooling repair administration. Maintains customer relationships and collaborates with internal teams while using database systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Manage strategic aerospace chemical customer contracts, providing commercial and operational direction, P&L oversight, revenue and margin growth, contract renewals, customer relationship management, forecasting, compliance KPIs, and process improvement. Lead and mentor contract teams, coordinate with sales, planning, and procurement, support bid strategies, maintain supply continuity, and ensure strong customer service and profitable account performance. Travel between customer sites as needed.

Develops aerospace chemical component sales across an assigned Pacific Northwest territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, generating and qualifying leads, building customer relationships, managing CRM opportunities, visiting existing and prospective customers, meeting sales and profit goals, monitoring market conditions, coordinating with internal sales teams, and submitting sales reports. Extensive regional travel is required, along with strong aerospace experience, chemical and MRO market knowledge, communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Manage JIT Forward Stocking Location program operations, inventory strategy, budget compliance, facility and personnel leadership, AS9100 quality training, process improvements, customer/supplier relationships, and on-site audit compliance to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries and program profitability.

The Customer Program Specialist will enhance customer satisfaction by managing relationships, handling account administration, and resolving issues effectively within the aerospace supply chain.

An Onsite Representative manages customer supply locations, coordinates with customer representatives, resolves inventory discrepancies, and maintains stock levels while exceeding customer expectations.

The On-Site Representative supports customer production sites by managing stock levels, resolving discrepancies, and expediting needs. Requires strong communication and customer service skills.

Manage and replenish line-side materials, chemicals, and consumables at semiconductor customer sites. Receive, verify, and distribute materials, maintain inventory accuracy with scanners and inventory systems, and enforce chemical safety and PPE protocols. Coordinate with production, engineering, and EHS, report shortages or quality issues, support storage setup/labeling, and participate in continuous improvement and regulatory compliance activities.
