Responsibilities include media relations, proactive storytelling, executive visibility, thought leadership, AI and AEO visibility, crisis communications, agency management, stakeholder engagement, analyst relations, and PR measurement. The role requires translating complex technology topics into clear narratives, securing earned coverage, managing reputation risks, and strengthening IRIS’s share of voice in the US.

Owns US customer marketing communications and lifecycle programmes focused on retention, advocacy, renewals, and migrations. Leads customer journeys end-to-end, coordinates with global and cross-functional teams, manages compliance-sensitive communications, monitors programme performance, and applies customer insights to improve engagement, retention, and marketing strategy. The role requires autonomy, strong stakeholder management, excellent writing, and hands-on experience with customer or lifecycle marketing.

Manage and improve the company’s Learning Management System, including user accounts, courses, enrolments, learning records, reporting, compliance tracking, and system governance. The role supports LMS users, investigates data discrepancies, tests workflows and platform changes, maintains documentation, and collaborates with HR, Learning and Development, compliance, technology, and business stakeholders to improve usability, accuracy, and reliability.

Manage renewals for an SMB and mid-market customer portfolio, guiding customers through the renewal process and supporting revenue retention. Build relationships through phone and email, conduct customer health checks, communicate pricing and renewal quotes, resolve enquiries, identify risks, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to improve customer outcomes and processes.

Implement and configure payroll SaaS solutions for customers, covering requirements gathering, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live support. The role manages multiple implementation projects, translates payroll processes into software configurations, works with APIs and ETL processes, resolves issues with cross-functional teams, and communicates progress, risks, and timelines to customers. Travel to customer sites may be required.
