Leads development and sustainment of the DOW logistics application using Java, JavaScript, and SQL. Designs application components, integrations, backend services, and system architecture; provides technical guidance; troubleshoots issues; improves performance; enforces code quality; collaborates with QA, DevSecOps, and systems engineers; and maintains technical documentation.

Requires extensive independent judgment, strong communication skills, Secret clearance, and advanced networking and cybersecurity certifications.

Provides cybersecurity information assurance expertise across acquisition and sustainment programs. Advises DLA organizations on IA architecture, controls, boundary defense, access-control standards, and enterprise IA solutions. Supports IT service strategy, project management, documentation, reporting, and compliance using Microsoft tools. Requires Secret clearance, relevant C&A experience, IT management background, and specified cybersecurity and networking certifications.

Designs, implements, manages, and supports voice, data, video, LAN/WAN, and wireless telecommunications networks. Develops network specifications, installation and maintenance plans, system requirements, technical solutions, and backup plans. Coordinates implementation with information systems professionals and analyzes communications and information transport needs. Requires three years of relevant experience, Secret clearance, and IAT Level II and CCNA certifications.

Serves as a cloud security and Information Assurance subject matter expert supporting DoD information systems. Assesses cloud environments, security and privacy controls, and cybersecurity risks using NIST RMF, NIST standards, FedRAMP methodologies, and DoD requirements. Conducts C&A reviews, supports authorization and ongoing compliance, develops security documentation, and advises engineering and program stakeholders across cloud architecture, infrastructure, applications, data, operations, and compliance.

Provides senior network engineering support for a DLA corporate enterprise WAN/LAN network. Develops technical requirements, specifications, and solutions; supports Cisco switching and routing, 10 Gigabit Ethernet infrastructure, network hardware and software, and internal and external connectivity. Coordinates with program leadership, government representatives, and users to implement solutions that meet technical requirements. Also supports network management and service desk activities.

Leads configuration management for complex information systems and hardware/software components. Maintains configuration baselines, records, and technical documentation; advises Configuration Control Boards; evaluates engineering changes; supports audits; and coordinates with quality assurance and management to ensure controlled, accurate product baselines.

Maintains DB2 software and environments on IBM z/OS mainframes in compliance with STIG and SRG requirements. Installs, customizes, upgrades, patches, and supports DB2 software using SMP/E; participates in database and application migrations; provides technical customer support; and maintains procedures, tickets, change requests, reports, and compliance documentation.
