Partners with underwriting, claims, billing, loss control, and agencies to communicate audit findings and support sound underwriting decisions. Serves as a technical expert on premium audit methodologies, workers’ compensation and general liability classifications, regulatory interpretation, and audit documentation.

Provide administrative support to commercial lines underwriters and agencies by rating and entering transactions, routing work, maintaining records and reports, and delivering timely customer service within established procedures.

Lead and develop commercial underwriting teams, set underwriting strategy, partner cross-functionally to drive profitable growth, ensure compliance and strong customer experience, and manage agency/vendor relationships and regional business plans.
