Responsibilities include documenting requirements, managing project schedules, and leading project management processes throughout the IT project lifecycle.

The IT Program Manager will oversee the execution of a BPA contract, ensuring successful delivery of IT services across multiple delivery sites while maintaining compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project performance, tracking schedule and budget, and identifying new business opportunities.

Provide GIS consulting, manage GIS data for analysis and visualization, identify geostatistical approaches for population mobility and health topics, analyze geospatial patterns, produce cartographic products, geocode health data, expertise in software products, data import and validation, monitor GIS database back-ups, and GIS data management.
