The Business Development Associate is responsible for building affiliate partnerships, executing outreach campaigns, and managing communications while ensuring compliance standards. They will also track metrics in CRM and stay updated on industry trends.

Lead, coach, and develop mortgage consultants while overseeing pipelines, loan production, call coaching, file accuracy, regulatory compliance, and borrower documentation. Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-driven web applications, services, and agentic workflows using Anthropic APIs and Claude. Develop Python REST APIs, React/TypeScript front ends, SQL integrations, DevOps pipelines, monitoring, automated testing, and LLM evaluation frameworks. Optimize prompts for reliability, safety, and cost, debug non-deterministic agent behavior, document system decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions.

Sell residential mortgage, refinance, and specialty loan products through 100% live inbound lead transfers. Analyze customers’ financial situations, identify goals, recommend suitable mortgage solutions, build rapport, negotiate, close deals, and maintain strong follow-up. The role is fully in-office, high-volume, and performance-driven, with commission compensation, ongoing sales coaching, and advancement opportunities.

Lead and coach a team of Loan Originators to generate mortgage applications, manage pipelines, review loan files for accuracy, ensure compliance with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, coordinate documentation through processing to closing, and support cross-department communication to expedite loan production.

Drive affiliate partnership pipeline for reverse and forward mortgage products through daily prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn). Qualify and onboard partners, coordinate compliant marketing assets with marketing and compliance teams, maintain CRM and metrics, and ensure partner-attributed leads meet regulatory and cost-per-acquisition standards.

Lead and coach a reverse mortgage processing team, ensure accurate loan processing per government and company guidelines, track performance and SLAs, resolve escalations, support onboarding and training, and identify process improvements to enhance client experience.

Own day-to-day PPC campaign management to meet lead volume, CPL, and efficiency goals. Lead bid strategy, budget pacing, optimizations, and testing. Perform deep-funnel and keyword-level analysis, ensure regulated-ad compliance, collaborate with Creative and Data/Analytics, and present performance and recommendations to the SVP.
