Provides senior financial and program oversight for USSOCOM contract support, including budget formulation and execution, resource planning, financial reporting, compliance, invoice review, funding documents, and DoD financial application analysis. Leads contract personnel and subcontractors, manages scope, schedule, cost, performance, risks, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. Requires strong financial modeling and Excel skills, Government contract experience, USSOCOM or DoD support experience, and an active Top Secret clearance.

Manages USSOCOM Information Environment projects from initiation through closure. Responsibilities include strategic and resource planning, contract administration, CDRL and deliverable review, quality assurance reporting, budget execution, invoice review, technical assessments, risk mitigation, and coordination with government stakeholders, program staff, and subcontractors. The role requires on-site work at Fort Bragg/Fort Liberty and supports government contract execution.

Leads data science and exploitation efforts supporting GEOINT and intelligence missions. Analyzes large structured and unstructured datasets, develops Python automation, workflows, dashboards, visualizations, geospatial solutions, and optimization models, and translates findings into operational insights. Collaborates with stakeholders, mentors team members, conducts peer reviews, and supports USSOCOM-related analysis involving transnational criminal organizations and coca cultivation. Requires senior-level intelligence experience, TS/SCI clearance, advanced Python and SQL skills, GIS proficiency, and familiarity with IC standards and repositories.

Lead data science and exploitation efforts for NGA GEOINT operations. Analyze structured and unstructured datasets, develop Python-based analytic applications and automated workflows, apply AI/ML and advanced methodologies, create visualizations, support database and geospatial capabilities, translate mission needs into technical solutions, conduct peer reviews, and mentor team members. The role is onsite in Springfield, Virginia and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Leads data science and exploitation activities supporting NGA GEOINT operations. Analyzes large structured and unstructured datasets, develops automated workflows and analytic applications, applies AI/ML and advanced statistical methods, creates customized visualizations, and supports data management and modernization initiatives. The role serves as a technical SME, collaborates with stakeholders and product owners, conducts peer reviews, and mentors team members. Requires extensive data science experience, Esri expertise, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Provides planning, contract administration, resource and budget execution support for USSOCOM programs. Monitors contract performance, CDRLs, deliverables, quality assurance, compliance, risks, and mitigation strategies. Supports program reviews, briefings, assessments, stakeholder engagement, and government contract execution at Naval Special Warfare Command.
