Provides technical support, training, and accompaniment to humanitarian partners across South America to strengthen emergency supply-chain readiness. Leads sourcing, procurement, contracting, vendor prequalification, inventory and warehouse planning, logistics analysis, cash and voucher assistance readiness, and continuous improvement. Develops readiness tools, checklists, databases, action plans, and procedures; facilitates coaching and simulations; and coordinates partner supply-chain setup across five countries. The role is primarily remote with regional travel and requires English and Spanish fluency.

Leads global strategy, technical assistance, program design, capacity strengthening, knowledge management, and outbreak response for health programs. Conduct prospect research to identify and prioritize high-value individual and institutional donors. Develop donor profiles, relationship insights, predictive machine learning models, graph database capabilities, and agentic AI solutions for prospecting, risk analysis, and pipeline placement. Evaluate internal and external data, optimize analytical models, identify fundraising trends, and translate findings into donor engagement recommendations. Collaborate with technical and development teams while supporting adoption of AI tools and coaching others.
