Performs statistical analysis, data mining, visualization, predictive modeling, and AI/ML development on large, multi-source intelligence datasets. Builds automated data ingestion and workflow solutions, improves data quality and metadata, evaluates intelligence processes, and supports operational planning. Collaborates with analysts, engineers, and mission partners to develop analytical tools, define technical requirements, and enhance intelligence capabilities.

Supports DIA cyberspace intelligence operations by analyzing mission challenges, emerging technologies, cyber infrastructure, threats, compliance, and operational tradecraft. Conducts structured research, field studies, stakeholder engagements, and data analysis; develops and tests mission-enhancing methodologies; maintains incident reporting; and produces doctrine, best practices, publications, briefings, and recommendations for senior Government audiences.

Designs and maintains scalable data architectures, ETL workflows, batch and real-time pipelines, and SQL/NoSQL storage solutions supporting intelligence operations. Ensures data quality, governance, security, lineage, and compliance with IC and DoD standards. Collaborates with analysts and technical teams to deliver reliable intelligence data and participates in mission-planning and coordination forums.

Develops and oversees risk mitigation strategies for companies operating under government mitigation, ensuring quality, documented rationale, residual-risk treatment, and compliance with applicable guidance. Provides technical direction on business and security risks, coaches junior staff, conducts peer reviews, manages workloads and deadlines, tracks KPIs, identifies process improvements, responds to government information requests, and briefs internal and external stakeholders.
