The Internal Communications Manager develops and executes content strategies for employee and stakeholder communications across digital channels. Responsibilities include translating business needs into content, managing stakeholder relationships, creating content libraries, measuring communication effectiveness through analytics and surveys, monitoring industry trends, and supporting new communication initiatives. The role produces operational reports, metrics, and root cause analyses; operates risk-monitoring dashboards; alerts stakeholders to shipment deviations or security compromises; and collaborates with product and supply chain security teams in a 24/7 global environment.
