Serve as strategic HR partner to the Regional Vice President and field leaders to align people strategies with business goals. Coach leaders, diagnose organizational challenges, lead workforce planning, interpret workforce data, support change and onboarding, and deploy HR solutions to drive performance, engagement, and scalable team design across a multi-site region.

Lead and develop the Sales and Service team to drive member acquisition, retention, retail and fitness revenue. Manage hiring, coaching, scheduling, local marketing, sales goals, onboarding, member experience, and achieve club sales targets while coordinating with the General Manager.

Deliver member-focused sales and service by conducting tours, enrolling new members, generating and managing leads, onboarding members, promoting fitness offerings and retail, operating POS and lead systems, and consistently achieving personal and team sales targets to drive retention and club profitability.

Sell and enroll new members using company sales protocols, deliver excellent guest and member service, generate and manage leads, support member onboarding and retention, operate POS and club systems, and meet individual and team sales goals.

Calculate and audit variable compensation (commissions, bonuses, accruals), maintain Time & Labor and Payroll system configurations, execute system testing, produce compensation statements, support accounting and field queries, and drive process improvements and controls.

Sell memberships, personal training, and retail; onboard and retain members; generate and follow up on leads; conduct club tours and presentations; meet sales targets; support member experience and club operations.
