Architects, designs, implements, maintains, and supports enterprise storage area networks and backup/recovery systems. Collaborates with systems, database, network, and application teams to design storage solutions for customer data management and high-transaction databases. Responsibilities include capacity planning, technology evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, network performance and security validation, hardware configuration, lifecycle replacement, secure multi-vendor integration, technical guidance, documentation, and stakeholder advising. Builds executive-level government and partner relationships, shapes procurements, maintains forecast integrity, and supports proposal reviews and executive growth reporting. Requires extensive federal acquisition expertise and a proven record winning complex procurements exceeding $100 million.

Administer and support enterprise databases across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities include performance monitoring and optimization, upgrades, troubleshooting, security, backup and recovery, database design support, automation, documentation, ServiceNow ticket management, and operational planning. The role collaborates with infrastructure teams and stakeholders, develops implementation and recovery plans, and supports database availability and sustainment. A bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience or equivalent advanced-degree experience is required, along with U.S. citizenship and Public Trust eligibility.

Provides systems analysis, business process modeling, requirements management, and enterprise architecture support for Navy IT systems. Develops DoDAF-based architectures, documentation, traceability matrices, and design specifications; supports integration, testing, configuration optimization, and risk assessments. Collaborates with engineering, administration, and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with DoD, Navy, and RMF standards. The role is onsite at NSWCDD Dahlgren with approximately 10–15% travel to other Navy sites.

Leads Oracle APEX development, advises on application specifications, ensures timely delivery, supervises program documentation and user guides, and manages projects using required technologies.
