Maintains and optimizes enterprise multi-user computer systems in classified DoD and Intelligence Community environments. Responsibilities include monitoring system resources, administering security and user accounts, installing software, managing storage, documenting systems, evaluating vendors, recommending hardware and software purchases, coordinating installations, supporting backup recovery, and developing resource-use policies. Designs systems, writes software, resolves program errors, documents development, and analyzes application requirements and capabilities. The role requires Power Apps development with Canvas or Model-Driven apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SQL Server experience, plus coordination and potential supervisory responsibilities. This telework position supports the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and requires the ability to obtain an NRC IT-1 Public Trust clearance.

Administer VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, enterprise storage, backup, networking, PKI, and Linux environments. Implement DISA STIGs, conduct vulnerability scans, remediate POA&Ms, patch systems, support RMF assessments, and maintain security baselines and documentation. Provide hardware support, monitoring, technology refresh assistance, and IT lifecycle support in a federal environment.
