Recruit and interview candidates, develop staffing plans, manage hiring from offer through onboarding, build candidate pipelines, coordinate job fairs and community events, and monitor recruitment advertising. The role partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, delivers orientations, manages paperless recruiting operations, and ensures facility staffing requirements are met.
