Supports the residential solar sales team by resolving representative and customer issues, responding to inbound communications, scheduling technician appointments, documenting account correspondence, following company policies, and improving performance through evaluations. The role requires strong communication, organization, time management, customer service, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced office environment.

Coordinate third-party work for residential solar installations (re-roofs, trenching, electrical upgrades). Manage projects from assignment through completion, liaise with utilities, AHJs, contractors, sales, and internal teams, ensure inspections and documentation, verify completion and submit contractor payments, and drive process improvements for re-roofing and electrical coordination.

Participate in a structured leadership program working alongside department managers to learn operational workflows, coordinate team activities, monitor KPIs, support process improvements, assist with workforce planning, and develop skills to transition into an Operations Manager role.

Supervise and support the Special Services Team to manage third-party work, electrical service upgrades, and financing change orders. Assign and review projects, perform quality assurance, coach agents, handle escalated customer issues, and help improve team performance and culture.
