Coordinate third-party work for residential solar installations (re-roofs, trenching, electrical upgrades). Manage projects from assignment through completion, liaise with utilities, AHJs, contractors, sales, and internal teams, ensure inspections and documentation, verify completion and submit contractor payments, and drive process improvements for re-roofing and electrical coordination.

Serve as liaison between outside sales reps and internal teams to resolve customer issues, lead cross-functional projects, monitor project timelines, create reports and training, and act as primary escalation point for customers while completing special projects to support residential solar sales.
