Provides senior accounting oversight across AP, AR, general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, manufacturing cost accounting, payroll accounting, audits, and internal controls. Reviews team work, resolves accounting issues, improves AP and close processes, develops SOPs and documentation, and supports the Controller. The role is fully onsite in Sugar Land, Texas, with regular interaction across accounting, manufacturing, inventory, procurement, operations, auditors, and management.

The role requires semiconductor fabrication experience, characterization techniques, data analysis, DOE, SPC, and cleanroom work.

Investigate product and component failures in active optical cables and transceivers, identify root causes, analyze defects and degradation, and recommend corrective actions. The role reviews RMA and customer issues, prepares TL 9000 and 8D reports, supports quality improvements, develops production and field-return procedures, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on product quality, standards, manufacturing processes, and performance.

Manages semiconductor manufacturing equipment across installation, qualification, maintenance, calibration, automation, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Supports wafer and chip production, R&D, cleanroom operations, utilities, process engineering, vendor coordination, spare parts, audits, safety procedures, and equipment training. The role requires hands-on work with mechanical, vacuum, electrical, liquid, and chemical systems, plus on-call night and weekend support to minimize production downtime.

Supports implementation, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and continuous improvement of fab automation systems, including AGVs, OHTs, robotics, charging stations, and fleet management systems. Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and software faults; performs FAT and SAT; develops SOPs and training; optimizes cleanroom material flow; and collaborates with vendors and cross-functional teams. Requires 5%–10% international travel and may require overtime during ramp-ups and deployments.
