Build and manage relationships with prospective business clients, qualify leads, present factoring solutions, meet monthly sales goals, and manage inbound and outbound calls. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in Salesforce and the inContact dialer, identify additional service opportunities, provide competitor insights, and support team training.

Own the technical strategy and execution of strategic partner integrations.
