Administer, maintain, and optimize GroundTruth's Salesforce: manage users/security, configure objects/automation (Flows, validations, approvals), build reports/dashboards, ensure data quality, support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and train/document for business stakeholders.

Manage monthly billing reconciliation and invoice generation across business lines; support month-end close, revenue estimates, expense reporting, audits, and cross-team coordination; analyze large data sets and produce ad-hoc reports to ensure accurate financial reporting.
