Serve as primary client contact for employer partners, managing a portfolio to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Advocate client needs internally, lead renewals and upsell initiatives, mentor junior team members, coordinate cross-functional engagement programs, leverage data to report on KPIs, and support strategic product and client initiatives. Occasional travel (~15%) required.

Own full-cycle sales for small and mid-market prospects (under 1,000 employees): prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing. Support partnerships, outreach campaigns, conference strategy, and collaborate with Marketing and Legal. Track pipeline and report metrics to the Chief Growth Officer.

Administer and mature Wellthy's Ironclad CLM, build playbooks and templates, develop Ironclad dashboards/reporting, perform first-pass review of high-frequency contracts, manage intake and triage, identify and drive process improvements, and support vendor management and policy work. Report to the General Counsel and collaborate cross-functionally to scale legal operations.

Source, vet, onboard, and manage backup care providers (in-home, centers, camps, activities). Negotiate rates and contracts, verify documentation, enable providers to take bookings, monitor market coverage and fill rates, and coordinate with operations, billing, and legal to keep the network functioning and responsive.

Own ongoing financial reporting and monthly leadership decks, perform ROI and margin analyses, track department-level KPIs, maintain BI and Salesforce data, partner with Data for pipelines, support ad hoc financial requests, and apply AI/automation to improve reporting accuracy and speed.

Lead end-to-end implementation for complex enterprise accounts, build scalable implementation processes, manage a small implementation team, ensure documentation and quality, resolve technical and onboarding issues, set performance targets, and partner cross-functionally to meet launch timelines and client satisfaction goals.
