The SAP Integration Consultant at Strada is responsible for onboarding new customers, resolving technical issues, implementing new solutions, and collaborating with different teams to ensure customer satisfaction. They must have expertise in technologies like Boomi, Hana Cloud Integration, and SAP HCM.

The Payroll Implementation Consultant at Strada is responsible for defining and maintaining the local payroll country setup, ensuring compliance and legal standards, and providing support to clients and internal teams on payroll management. Key responsibilities include owning the payroll solution, monitoring regulatory changes, project management, documentation maintenance, and communication with teams and clients.

Develop and establish quality assurance standards, gather and analyze data, execute QA activities, plan and design new QA tests, support junior team members, and upgrade skills. Good to have automation knowledge and Tosca experience.

Responsible for supporting operational teams to ensure skilled and knowledgeable in meeting client deadlines, while also providing the best service by delivering functional and technical expertise support to clients. Supports client engagement, implementations, daily functional support, maintenance of documentation, system testing, issue resolution, automation implementation, upskilling team members, and adhering to security standards and compliance. Participates in projects and activities as needed. Requires ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, identify upsell opportunities, and manage client escalations.
