Senior individual-contributor responsible for improving delivery across multiple complex enterprise technology programs. Mentor PMs, assess program health, identify and remediate risks, coordinate cross-program dependencies, enforce delivery standards, and support recovery of challenged initiatives across ERP, integrations, data, cloud, and modernization efforts.

Lead Reddit strategy and manage company-owned subreddits while driving community growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Develop engagement frameworks, moderation and response playbooks, and editorial calendars. Monitor social conversations using Sprout and Brandwatch, translate insights into recommendations, partner with analytics and cross-functional teams, and measure community health, sentiment, and business impact.

Support design, implementation, and management of security tools (SIEM, WAF, DLP, etc.), assist incident response and forensic analysis, perform vulnerability assessment and remediation, support application security reviews and audits, and help develop security analytics using tools like Splunk/Hadoop.

Lead development and execution of lifecycle marketing strategy to drive engagement, retention, and LTV. Use automation, AI-driven personalization, and multi-channel messaging (email, SMS, push). Own measurement, testing, and performance optimization. Partner cross-functionally, evaluate tools, and manage a global marketing automation team. Design, document, and govern enterprise Azure, Microsoft 365, and AI solutions. Mentor teams and support deployment through operational transition.

Lead design, build, automation, and support of enterprise application environments (PeopleSoft, MuleSoft, MOVEit). Manage AWS infrastructure, IaC, CI/CD, disaster recovery, monitoring, patching, and on-call support. Provide architecture, automation, documentation, and technical leadership to ensure availability, security, and operational excellence.

Design, build, and maintain scalable platform components, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines on AWS/Azure. Lead platform reliability, debugging, and production incident resolution. Mentor junior engineers, perform code and design reviews, produce technical documentation, and implement automation and monitoring to improve availability and deployment processes.
