Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported technical issues in live Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environments. Responsibilities include performance tuning, root-cause diagnostics, batch troubleshooting, environment topology management, integrations analysis, Microsoft support escalations, and coordination with third-party ISVs. Lead functional D365 F&O SCM implementations: run Get Fit workshops, align local processes to a global template, configure SCM modules, coordinate onsite/offshore streams (configuration, testing, data migration, integration), deliver training, support UAT, and provide go-live, hypercare and handover support.
