Support customers using Baxter Planning to resolve tickets, review alerts and stock targets, execute supply orders, analyze data for planning needs, drive system adoption, and identify continuous improvements to planning processes.

Client-facing quota-carrying role responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise SaaS deals. Manage CRM, build C-suite relationships, coordinate demos/configurations, forecast sales, and hit ARR and implementation revenue targets.

Lead quality strategy and automated test architecture for legacy and modernized systems. Build automated regression coverage, adopt AI-assisted testing tools, define CI/CD quality gates, own metrics and defect backlog triage, and grow a QA organization focused on automation and engineering-wide quality ownership.
