Lead 2–3 software teams (12–20 engineers), focusing on people management, growth, retention, stakeholder communication, and technical direction. Drive adoption of AI tools, set priorities for technical debt and platform investment, partner with product and tech leads, recruit talent, and maintain high team health in a regulated payments environment.

Provide telephone-based onboarding, training and product support to affiliates and merchants; maintain help desk content and internal documentation; collaborate with teams to ensure compliant customer solutions; contribute to internal projects and training programs to improve customer experience.

Own and drive the gateway-to-processor certification pipeline end-to-end: track statuses, manage processor/acquirer relationships, negotiate test scope, remove third-party blockers, coordinate with engineering, and ensure compliance with card network rules (e.g., PCI, Visa, Mastercard). Provide forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder communication to enable timely go-lives.

Build and maintain NMI's bank-to-bank payment systems: public APIs, internal tools, and third-party integrations. Design and develop services in Scala, TypeScript, and C#, apply TDD, own production quality and incidents, work with AWS containerized microservices, messaging, data stores, and CI/CD. Use AI-first tools to accelerate development, participate in agile processes, refactor large codebases, and collaborate with product and SRE to deliver resilient payment features.

The Product Data Analyst will analyze operational data, develop analytics frameworks, create dashboards in Tableau, ensure data integrity, and collaborate across teams to enhance decision-making and reporting.

Lead delivery for Billing and Data teams, manage backlogs, conduct UAT, ensure releases meet standards, and maintain platform knowledge.
