Leads commercial operations strategy, sales systems, forecasting, pipeline analytics, compensation, vendor management, data governance, and process optimization. The role drives lead generation, customer acquisition, pipeline influence, and attributable revenue; develops healthcare and scientific content; builds KPI and measurement frameworks; analyzes customer behavior and market trends; and presents performance recommendations to senior stakeholders. Collaboration with internal teams, agencies, commercial operations, sales enablement, and branding partners is central.

The role requires healthcare customer service experience, professional communication, PHI handling, and familiarity with Zendesk and Salesforce. Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time, with no travel required.
