The engineer will develop features for an AI workspace platform, deploy AI solutions in public sector environments, and interact with clients.

This role involves building and scaling compliance programs, translating security and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions, and collaborating across teams, specifically in AI governance and technical compliance automation.

Lead NetSuite ERP architecture, configuration, integrations, and roadmap. Improve Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes, implement automation (including AI/LLM agents), enforce data governance and SOX-ready controls, partner with cross-functional teams, manage upgrades and third-party integrations, and provide documentation, training, and user support to ensure financial system stability and accuracy.

Build and lead Cohere's APAC PR and corporate communications function: develop regional strategies, hire and manage teams and agencies, align messaging with global comms, drive executive thought leadership and events, prepare crisis response, integrate AI into content workflows, and use audience insights to amplify reputation across governments, enterprises, partners, and employees.

Build and lead Cohere's PR and Communications function across EMEA. Hire and manage regional PR teams and agencies, craft regional messaging, oversee executive and crisis communications, drive storytelling and media strategies, integrate AI into communications, and coordinate cross-functional campaigns to support growth in regulated industries.

Own partner strategy, onboarding, enablement, and joint GTM to drive enterprise ARR with system integrators, ISVs, distributors and cloud partners. Lead co-selling, pipeline generation, business planning, performance reviews, partner advocacy, and thought leadership while advising on AI policy and responsible AI.

Lead US government affairs and public policy strategy for Cohere across federal and state levels. Monitor AI policy, craft responses to regulatory and legislative initiatives, cultivate relationships with lawmakers and regulators, support public-sector sales and procurement, manage external lobbyists and trade associations, and ensure compliance with lobbying and political laws.
