Lead end-to-end deployment of an enterprise AI platform in private cloud and on-premises environments. Partner with customer IT teams on infrastructure, security, and data requirements; design compliant deployment strategies; test and roll out solutions; and troubleshoot technical issues. The role requires Kubernetes and Helm administration, cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualization, DevOps, CI/CD, and direct customer engagement. Travel to customer and partner sites in France will comprise 20–40% of the role.

Own the full sales cycle in Korea for Cohere's enterprise AI platform: prospecting, outbound net-new acquisition, POC collaboration, channel partner engagement, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Sales Development, and Sales Engineering to close large enterprise deals.

Evaluate and rank multimodal model outputs, stress-test and document failures, author and edit dataset prompts/responses, build and apply rubrics, perform high-quality annotations across text, image, and structured formats, participate in calibration checks, adapt to evolving tasks, and report model performance trends to cross-functional teams.

Own the full sales cycle for enterprise customers in Japan: prospecting, outbound net-new logo acquisition, proof-of-concept management, and closing deals. Build relationships with stakeholders and channel partners, collaborate with Sales Development, Product, Engineering, and Sales Engineering to tailor technical AI/NLP solutions and influence product roadmap.

Drive analytics and measurement for AI product adoption and impact. Build agentic analytics, small language models, predictive models, and customer-facing insights. Design and run experiments (A/B tests, causal inference), ship production models, and translate ambiguous business questions into actionable recommendations used by product, sales, and leadership.

Lead and mentor a GPU infrastructure engineering team to design, deploy, and scale GPU/TPU clusters. Define technical roadmap, implement topology-aware scheduling, monitoring, IaC, and cost/capacity optimization. Collaborate with AI researchers, cloud providers, and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, secure, and performant infrastructure.
