Leads IT engineering strategy, teams, and delivery across infrastructure, cloud, networking, compliance, and client implementations. Oversees enterprise and hybrid-cloud solutions, automation, monitoring, DevOps, security compliance, and continuous improvement. Partners with executives, service delivery, sales, account management, and clients on roadmaps, technical solutions, proposals, and business outcomes. Customer-facing Cloud Operations Engineer responsible for onboarding, migrating, and operating on-premise and cloud environments (Azure, Office 365, AWS) and Linux systems. Implements secure configurations, device management (Intune), cloud workloads (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC), monitoring and security tooling, documents work in the ticketing system, and coordinates with clients and internal teams to meet project timelines and compliance (DIB/CMMC).
