Own the vision and strategy for Vestiaire Collective’s operations, logistics, imagery, seller trust, fraud prevention, and AI ecosystem. Lead end-to-end product initiatives from listing through delivery, improve authentication and imagery quality, partner closely with Engineering, and drive measurable outcomes such as fraud rates, publishing speed, conversion, throughput, and NPS. This Principal-level individual contributor aligns cross-functional teams through influence and continuous discovery.

Build foundational MLOps infrastructure and deploy multi-model CV and VLM systems for authentication and fraud detection. Design data/feature management, model tracking, serving, monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines. Scale ML capabilities for search, recommendations, pricing, and marketing while ensuring low-latency, high-throughput production services and strong engineering hygiene.

Build foundational MLOps infrastructure and deploy/scale heavy-width CV and VLM models for luxury product authentication and fraud detection. Design data/feature management, model registry, serving, monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines. Evaluate tooling vs enterprise platforms, ensure low-latency high-throughput inference, and centralize ML engineering support across search, recommendations, pricing, and marketing while mentoring teams and enforcing engineering hygiene.

Own budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, KPI analysis, and financial modeling for global Operations. Act as a finance business partner to senior leaders, provide decision support for investments and strategic initiatives, and conduct scenario analysis. Build reporting dashboards, improve forecasting and closing processes, and support AI-enabled automation and data infrastructure improvements.
