The In Region Soft Goods Product Developer will drive product development and improvements for soft goods, collaborating with teams and suppliers to ensure successful mass production and quality control.

Manage end-to-end NPI project schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, CX/retail), handle global sample logistics and vendor communications, and improve product development processes to keep launches on track.
