Manage institutional crypto trade settlements, counterparty requests, inventory reconciliation, and trade data across internal and external systems. Coordinate with trading, treasury, accounting, compliance, risk, product, and customer success teams. Monitor settlement and lending needs, resolve reconciliation breaks, support regulatory controls, and improve operational processes while maintaining data integrity and meeting KPIs.

Lead the Credit engineering team responsible for margin notification and loan booking systems. Own system reliability, data accuracy, architectural integrity, technical roadmaps, refactoring, and pragmatic delivery. Partner with product and business stakeholders on prioritization and trade-offs while managing, mentoring, hiring, and retaining senior engineers. Integrate modern and AI-enabled development tools to improve team efficiency. Fintech, lending, credit, or distributed-systems experience is preferred.

In this role, you will manage FalconX's licensing efforts, ensure product compliance with regulations, and act as a regulatory liaison for global inquiries. You will also analyze legislative changes to inform business strategies.

Develop and own quantitative models, pricing pipelines, and risk-management frameworks for electronic crypto trading products. Assess market, credit, and operational risks through scenario analysis, statistical techniques, machine learning, and large-scale data analysis. Collaborate with traders, product managers, and researchers to integrate risk solutions into trading strategies and maintain robust pricing and risk standards.

Manage settlement requests and reconciliations for a portfolio of counterparties; coordinate with trading, treasury, compliance, accounting, and external banks/custodians; monitor inventory for settlement and lending/borrowing; resolve breaks and improve reconciliation processes while adhering to regulatory controls and KPIs.

The Director leads technical accounting and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing audits, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Architect and build scalable, robust risk management systems for institutional crypto trading. Develop, maintain, and enhance proprietary risk tools, infrastructure, data, and processes. Collaborate with risk, product, and engineering teams, ensure performance and reliability, and coach teammates on supporting the risk stack.

Lead global controllership to ensure timely, high-quality month-end close and consolidated financial reporting. Manage complex external audits, design internal controls, own the general ledger and US GAAP compliance, optimize systems and automation (NetSuite, Floqast, ZIP, Workiva, AI), and build/mentor a distributed US and India accounting team while coordinating with FP&A, Tax, and Operations.
