Leads Talos’s global finance organization, owning FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, accounting, tax, controls, treasury, and statutory compliance. Partners with executive leadership, the Board, investors, auditors, and regulators on strategy, capital allocation, fundraising, and M&A. Modernizes finance systems and workflows through automation and AI, manages complex international entities and contracts, and leads a global finance team.

Leads Talos’s digital asset data business, owning its P&L, product strategy, commercial model, client outcomes, and growth. Sets packaging, pricing, distribution, and investment priorities for self-service and enterprise offerings. Oversees research, product, and data science teams while partnering with sales, marketing, engineering, and executives. Builds the data business brand, develops a high-performing team, and drives retention, expansion, forecasting, and sustainable revenue growth.

Own consolidated and statutory financial reporting, disclosures, and external audits across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Research complex US GAAP positions, support revenue recognition, digital asset, lease, equity compensation, and M&A accounting, and partner with business teams on new products. Improve reporting processes and automation, maintain accounting policies and ICFR documentation, and support regulatory reporting. The role requires strong technical accounting, audit leadership, writing, communication, and Excel skills.

Leads the data quality engineering team and owns correctness across client-facing APIs, streaming systems, cloud data delivery, reference data, and security master data. Builds adaptive quality checks, AI-assisted testing, governance and lineage tooling, resilience and load tests, and defect detection processes. Maintains OpenMetadata or equivalent governance systems and expands quality coverage across trading and analytics products.

Drive new business and key relationships with UK and European banks, broker-dealers, and traditional financial institutions. Own the full consultative sales lifecycle, from origination through close, while managing existing accounts and expansion opportunities. Lead senior discovery and demonstrations, translate institutional trading needs into Talos solutions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain Salesforce pipeline forecasts, represent Talos in London, and mentor junior sales staff.

Own the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of trading connectivity capabilities across exchanges, liquidity providers, and market structures. Lead integration projects from technical assessment through production rollout, coordinating Engineering, clients, and external partners. Define capabilities involving order entry, market data, APIs, FIX, resiliency, performance, liquidity aggregation, smart order routing, and execution algorithms. Investigate production issues using technical documentation, logs, JSON, SQL, and production data.

Lead counterparty acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth for a digital asset liquidity business. Responsibilities include prospecting institutional clients, managing the full sales lifecycle, closing deals, expanding trading relationships, meeting activation targets, partnering with Trading on pricing and connectivity, and reporting on market opportunities and pipeline performance.

Lead Talos’s expansion into tokenized equities, bonds, and emerging assets. Own product strategy, platform design and delivery, partner engagement, go-to-market planning, regulatory coordination, and P&L for the new tokenization product line. Direct technical product management and engineering teams while overseeing market structure, liquidity, clearing, settlement, identity, compliance, and blockchain integrations.

Software Engineering Interns will help design, maintain, and scale infrastructure supporting Talos’s digital asset trading and settlement platform. Responsibilities include contributing to CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, deployment tooling, monitoring, logging, observability, and production performance improvements. Interns will collaborate with engineering teams to implement infrastructure requirements and gain exposure to distributed systems, cloud platforms, Linux, networking, and platform engineering during a 12-week summer internship.

Software Engineering Intern joining the Trading team for Summer 2027. The role involves building high-performance trading system features in Go, enhancing the Order Management System, designing components, contributing to architectural discussions, and adding analytics and metrics. The intern will collaborate with engineers to define requirements, demonstrate progress, and iterate based on feedback while supporting algorithmic trading capabilities and best execution.
