Oversee financial operations and P&L for Janie and Jack’s approximately 110-store US Retail channel. Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, payroll analysis, month-end support, variance analysis, reporting, and cost-efficiency initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with Store Operations, the GL team, and executives to improve processes, provide actionable insights, and support long-term growth and profitability strategies.

Develops and produces e-commerce websites, email campaigns, social content, and online marketing designs. Translates business objectives into engaging visual solutions, creates prototypes and specifications, manages multiple projects, hand-codes and deploys HTML emails, maintains e-commerce product updates, and collaborates with creative, copy, and business teams. Supervises designers and contractors, provides feedback, and supports design systems and creative best practices.

Supports the accounting team with month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, financial reporting documentation, audit support, and process improvements. Helps maintain financial policies and procedures, completes ad hoc projects, and ensures accurate and timely reporting while managing multiple deadlines.
