Owns the strategy, roadmap, development, and lifecycle of AI-powered products. Translates business and customer needs into product requirements, coordinates engineering and AI teams, manages releases, tracks adoption and ROI, and drives continuous improvement. Supervise and coach 15–20 inbound sales and service agents, monitor performance and quality metrics, drive sales goals, conduct reviews, manage scheduling and payroll submissions, support hiring and onboarding, resolve performance issues, and improve operational processes. The role is full-time, on-site, and collaborates with operations, training, quality, and IT teams.

Own product features end to end, from user research, UX design, wireframes, and prototyping through full-stack implementation. Build responsive web and mobile interfaces, scalable backend services, APIs, databases, integrations, and reusable design-system components. Simplify labor marketplace workflows such as job posting, matching, onboarding, scheduling, messaging, and reporting. Collaborate across product, engineering, UX, operations, and HR while using analytics, accessibility, performance, security, and experimentation to guide product improvements.

The role requires strong organization, communication, computer, data-entry, and multitasking skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Develop new business opportunities by prospecting, generating leads, building C-suite relationships, conducting client needs assessments, presenting CX and research services, developing proposals, and closing complex consultative sales. The role requires strategic sales planning, competitive awareness, value proposition communication, and collaboration on profitable client programs. Frequent overnight travel is required for client meetings and presentations.

Leads AI data annotation operations, managing workflows, resources, production targets, quality standards, audits, and performance metrics. Oversees annotation teams through coaching, recruitment support, onboarding, and performance management. Partners with AI engineers, trainers, product teams, and operational stakeholders to translate requirements into plans.
