The VP BPO Sales will lead the company’s BPO sales strategy, enterprise client acquisition, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, selling complex outsourcing solutions, managing C-suite relationships, leading and mentoring the sales team, tracking KPIs, overseeing budgets, collaborating cross-functionally, and representing the company at industry events. The role requires extensive BPO sales experience, consultative selling expertise, strong leadership, and extensive travel.

Leads and develops a team of 15–20 inbound sales and service agents in an on-site call center. Monitors performance, productivity, quality, KPIs, and sales results; conducts coaching and performance reviews; manages scheduling and payroll submissions; supports hiring and onboarding; resolves conflicts; collaborates with training, quality, and IT teams; and identifies process improvements to improve operational efficiency and customer service.

Leads post-deal business transformation and integration initiatives, translating M&A strategies into execution roadmaps. Manages workstreams spanning operations, technology, and HR; tracks performance metrics and synergy realization; implements process improvements; supports cultural integration and employee engagement; and provides leadership updates on milestones and progress.

Leads M&A deal sourcing and pipeline management by identifying acquisition targets, screening financial and operational fit, preparing executive opportunity assessments, monitoring market and competitor activity, and supporting valuation and synergy modeling. The role requires corporate development, investment banking, or strategy experience, strong financial analysis, BPO or services industry deal experience, and the ability to independently manage early-stage acquisition discussions.

Performs accounts receivable, invoicing, journal entries, accounts payable transactions, bank and account reconciliations, and month-end closing. Maintains accurate accounting records, investigates and corrects discrepancies, supports financial controls, and collaborates with other departments. The role requires accrual-basis accounting experience, strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Processes and validates payments, client remittances, refunds, chargebacks, invoices, and financial transactions. Performs bank and multi-system reconciliations, researches discrepancies, maintains financial records, and supports month-end reporting. Provides backup coverage for payment processing and finance leadership while handling confidential client funds. Requires strong Excel, numerical accuracy, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to learn multiple financial systems. The role follows an ET-based weekday schedule with occasional overtime.

Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, including document ingestion, indexing, vector search, embedding pipelines, semantic retrieval, and enterprise knowledge repositories. Integrate retrieval services with LLM applications through APIs and cloud-native architectures. Monitor performance, improve relevance and latency, implement governance and security controls, troubleshoot systems, and evaluate emerging retrieval technologies. Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and context-aware AI solutions.
