The Executive Vice President, Engineering is responsible for leading the engineering organization, overseeing product lifecycle management, and aligning technical direction with business goals in the defense and aerospace domains.

Design and analyze high-fidelity models and control algorithms for propulsion and flight control systems. Build simulation architectures, perform Monte Carlo and sensitivity analyses, support propulsion and ballistics modeling for solid rocket motors, develop estimation techniques, and integrate models into closed-loop control. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support customer engagements and reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure verification, validation, and traceability of modeling products.

The Senior Electrical Engineer designs high-speed printed circuit boards for space and national security, conducts testing, and validates designs to meet specifications, ensuring performance and reliability.

The Process Engineer will develop and improve manufacturing processes for solid rocket motors, collaborating across teams to ensure safety and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Senior mechanical engineer responsible for complex propulsion and structural design, materials selection, advanced CAD modeling, simulation (structural, dynamic, thermal), manufacturing and testing oversight, mass and systems analyses, and technical communication for rocket/energetics systems.

Serve as the CEO's strategic partner and operational lead, driving executive cadence, building organizational infrastructure, managing cross-functional execution, representing the company externally, engaging on M&A, maintaining KPI dashboards, and leading special projects including acquisition integration and organizational restructuring.
