Serve as technical authority for all electrical systems on Peregrine lunar landers: define and document solutions, delegate scope, manage risks and verification, ensure configuration control, review supplier deliverables, and present/defend technical status at program reviews while coordinating with program management and the chief engineer.

Plan, execute, and document mechanical integration and validation testing for spacecraft, rovers, and lunar infrastructure. Develop test and integration procedures, design ground support equipment, operate environmental test facilities, process data and write reports, and coordinate resources, readiness reviews, and off-site testing with cross-functional teams.

Manage early-stage lunar mission concepts and technology development. Create budgets, schedules, proposals, and bottoms-up estimates; coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, customers, and vendors; run internal development projects and paid architecture studies while tracking risks, deliverables, and finances.

Design, simulate, test, and verify RF communications subsystems for spacecraft (Earth orbit, cislunar, lunar). Develop requirements, perform link budgets and risk/reliability assessments, support design reviews, test components, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with suppliers and other subsystems.

Ensure lunar systems, launch vehicles, and ground operations meet safety and reliability standards. Perform hazard analyses (FMEA, FTA), reliability assessments, design reviews, root cause investigations, and develop maintenance strategies while managing compliance with launch and range safety regulations.

Serve as technical authority for lunar lander electrical systems, lead and mentor engineers, develop and maintain electrical designs and verification plans, manage risks and configuration control, review supplier deliverables, and present technical status at program reviews to deliver flight hardware on schedule and within budget.

Lead scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination for spacecraft and payload development programs. Manage integrated schedules, contracts, risk posture, technical proposals, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of mission-critical space systems.

Support sourcing and acquisition for lunar systems including flight-grade avionics, mechanical and electronic components. Conduct negotiations and source selection, interpret engineering specs/drawings, coordinate with engineering and internal customers, manage supplier qualification and performance, and mitigate supply chain risks to meet program schedules and requirements.

Develop, debug, and test embedded software for bare-metal, RTOS, and embedded Linux avionics systems. Own codebases, perform architecture trade studies, assist hardware bring-up, integrate drivers and BSPs, and produce production-ready software, tools, and documentation while collaborating with systems, hardware, and project teams.

Serve as primary financial partner for product portfolio, lead EAC preparation, budgeting/forecasting, risk/opportunity management, develop dashboards, ensure FAR/DFARS/CAS/GAAP compliance, and support proposals and pricing for government contracts.
