Enable regional partners to successfully deliver Keyfactor solutions through training, technical guidance, content development, performance tracking, and ongoing support. The role serves as a technical champion and primary partner contact, supports project scoping and handoffs to internal teams, reduces time to value through playbooks, and collaborates with sales and service teams to align partner delivery with business goals.

Supports post-sale technical relationships for customer accounts, helping with solution adoption, routine technical requests, onboarding, account meetings, issue escalation, and usage monitoring. Sell PKI and certificate lifecycle management solutions to mid-market and enterprise accounts in LATAM (focus Brazil). Build and maintain C-level relationships, meet quota, manage opportunities in Salesforce, and work with channel and alliance partners to grow territory.

Develop and maintain automated tests for critical product features, lead automation efforts, troubleshoot test failures, improve test coverage and automation processes, integrate testing into development workflows, monitor test performance, and mentor junior automation engineers.
