Partner with startup customers to deploy and scale Nanonets AI solutions: translate requirements into PRDs and workflows, scope and prioritize work with Product and Engineering, manage backlogs and timelines, validate end-to-end workflows, and deliver prototypes and production deployments while providing model and product feedback.

Provide in-house legal counsel for SaaS and software contracts, IP, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), and corporate governance. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, support international compliance, develop compliance programs and training, maintain compliance trackers, and advise on M&A and regulatory matters.

The Engagement Manager will oversee post-sale customer journeys, ensuring satisfaction through relationship management and project coordination. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and advocating for customer feedback to improve outcomes.
