Owns strategic relationships with global financial institutions, including account health, executive engagement, renewals, churn forecasting, expansion, escalations, and delivery accountability. Leads QBRs and EBRs focused on compliance posture, regulatory risk, control maturity, and platform value. Manages complex stakeholder relationships across regulated financial institutions while partnering with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, and Support to drive retention, resolution, and commercial growth.

Translates business performance into recommendations for senior leadership, the board, and investors, while challenging assumptions and applying AI and spreadsheet automation to improve financial workflows and data validation.

Owns the full commercial relationship for strategic accounts at regulated financial institutions across Germany and Italy. Responsibilities include account health monitoring, executive business reviews, renewals, churn forecasting, negotiations, expansion opportunities, delivery follow-through, escalation management, and coordination with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, and Support teams. The role requires expertise in enterprise compliance technology, financial-services regulations, unified controls frameworks, and multilingual stakeholder management. It is a hybrid position based in Milan.

Partners with US and Canada business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, talent development, compensation, and employee relations. Delivers HR programs, interprets workforce metrics, supports post-merger integration, and advises leaders on moderate-to-complex workforce matters while ensuring compliance with employment requirements. Escalates highly complex or high-risk matters to the Principal HR Business Partner.

Manages moderately complex employee relations cases, interprets workforce metrics, delivers enterprise HR initiatives, and advises leaders while ensuring compliance with employment requirements. Supports post-merger integration and broader global HR initiatives as needed.
