Leads and mentors a global engineering organization building and scaling an AI-driven offensive security SaaS platform. Owns technical vision, architecture, engineering standards, quality, security, resiliency, and delivery efficiency. Partners with product and senior leadership, drives AI-assisted development and DevSecOps practices, and recruits and retains high-performing teams while overseeing product improvements and new offerings.

Provides executive and leadership support to the CEO and ELT, including calendar and email management, board scheduling, travel and expenses, meetings, events, presentations, project tracking, and confidential communications. The role requires strong organization, discretion, adaptability, and relationship-building in a fast-paced technology environment. This is a contract position covering maternity leave, requiring U.S. residence and availability during Eastern Time business hours.

Leads product strategy, discovery, prioritization, delivery, measurement, and go-to-market adoption for cybersecurity platform features and integrations. Represents customer needs, aligns engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, defines success metrics, and maintains technical fluency in vulnerability management, offensive security, and pentesting workflows.

Identifies and qualifies new sales opportunities through personalized outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. Researches prospects, decision-makers, pain points, and business challenges; conducts high-volume calls and emails; prioritizes leads; meets performance metrics; and collaborates with Account Executives on pipeline and nurture strategies. Serves as an expert and initial point of contact for Cobalt’s penetration-testing-as-a-service offering.

Own and scale Cobalt’s B2B SaaS go-to-market technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, HubSpot, customer success platforms, integrations, data enrichment, governance, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable systems across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Manage architecture, data quality, monitoring, permissions, releases, documentation, and technical initiatives from design through optimization.

Own and scale cross-functional revenue operations across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance in a B2B SaaS environment. The role improves GTM processes, systems, data governance, forecasting, pipeline management, lifecycle handoffs, renewals, expansion, and quote-to-cash workflows. Responsibilities include optimizing Salesforce and HubSpot processes, defining metrics, strengthening data quality, leading complex initiatives, managing change, and driving adoption of scalable automation and workflows.

As a Pentester with Cobalt Core, you will perform manual penetration tests on various applications and networks while collaborating with clients and documenting assessments.

Lead and scale a sales team, drive revenue growth, manage enterprise-level clients, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in cybersecurity.

Qualify inbound leads and create new sales opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting and research. Use Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prioritize leads, qualify decision makers, align with Account Executives, and meet weekly/monthly metrics while representing the Pentest-as-a-Service offering.

Lead and scale the global GTM across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise; grow direct and channel sales; translate AI-enabled pentesting products into customer value; build forecasting and a scalable sales operating system; hire and coach sales leaders; drive CISO relationships; partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to increase revenue, retention, and expansion.
