Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the consumer shopping experience. Conduct customer discovery, define product metrics, partner with design and engineering, evaluate AI and ML opportunities, lead launches, and drive post-release adoption and iteration. The role requires strong product craft, data and technical fluency, experience shipping AI or ML features, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while serving complex B2B and marketplace users.

Build customer-facing data products for commercial vehicle customers, including forecasting, pricing signals, recommendations, matching, ranking, enrichment, and market intelligence. Apply LLMs and machine learning to messy structured and unstructured data, while creating evaluation, monitoring, and guardrail systems. Design ingestion, transformation, feature, entity-resolution, and data-quality pipelines. Partner with product, design, customers, and commercial teams, define success metrics, ship reliable solutions, and mentor analysts and engineers.
