Collaborate with software, systems, digital, and RF engineers; conduct design and code reviews; and support system validation and verification.

Coordinates production materials and manufacturing orders through ERP/MRP systems to support schedules, inventory accuracy, and production visibility. Analyzes demand, shortages, capacity, and schedule risks; prioritizes corrective actions; and collaborates with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality. Monitors performance metrics, identifies root causes, improves production flow, and maintains accurate manufacturing order and inventory transactions. The role is on-site in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Provides HR and recruiting support for Operations employees, managing routine employee relations matters, workplace investigations, full-cycle recruitment, workforce analysis, engagement and retention initiatives, safety programs, documentation, and HR projects. Partners with leaders and HR stakeholders to apply policies, resolve employee concerns, support hiring, promote workplace safety, and improve workforce processes.

Design and develop mechanical enclosures, fixtures, cable assemblies, and sensor-system components using 3D CAD. Perform structural and thermal analyses, optimize designs for manufacturability, support fabrication vendors, conduct design verification and field testing, create production drawings and assembly instructions, manage BOMs, and assist with project execution. The role is primarily onsite in Syracuse, New York, with 10% travel.

Leads architecture and development of high-performance embedded software for RF sensor systems. Designs target detection and tracking capabilities, high-throughput processing, fault recovery, cloud and network integration, and hardware interfaces. Collaborates across engineering disciplines, performs verification and validation, reviews code, mentors engineers, delegates technical work, and drives software improvements. Requires Python and C++ expertise, embedded Linux experience, and willingness to travel 10%.

Develop and maintain production test plans, fixtures, manufacturing processes, work instructions, and validation activities for RF and digital PCBA products. Troubleshoot production and equipment issues, analyze quality data, implement corrective actions, and support new product releases. The role also improves manufacturing efficiency through lean principles, time studies, tooling improvements, and process optimization. This is an onsite position requiring approximately 10% travel.
