The Strategic Sales Executive will drive new business growth by acquiring clients in the financial sector, targeting enterprise clients across Europe, and leveraging sales strategies to close deals in the payments sector.

Serve as the technical SME for FGPP in production: triage and recreate issues, analyze traces and DB/GUI data, perform complex configuration fixes, manage escalations from L2 and liaise with L3, lead customer technical calls, and support testing and deployment of fixes. Provide configuration solutions and mentor L1/L2 teams on resolution steps.

The Services Engagement Manager collaborates with sales and delivery teams to create SOWs and pricing models for professional services deals, ensuring feasibility and profitability.

Lead large, complex projects from intake through operational transition. Define scope, schedule, budget, and success criteria; manage cross-functional teams; control changes and risks; forecast finances; ensure stakeholder alignment; drive continuous improvement using data and AI-enabled tools; and educate team on PM practices and company standards.

Lead multiple mid-to-large strategic programs from intake through delivery and operational readiness. Ensure schedule, budget, scope, quality, risk mitigation, vendor management, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting while driving governance, change control, and service transition.

Drive net-new enterprise sales across North America for commercial and corporate lending solutions. Build territory and pipeline, lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engage executive buyers, partner with pre-sales and solutions teams, and consistently hit revenue targets while managing forecasts and staying current on lending market trends.
