Provides advanced functional and technical support for enterprise payment platforms, specializing in NACHA/ACH and FGPP processing. Owns complex customer issues through investigation, resolution, validation, and communication; performs SQL, Oracle, Linux, log, messaging, and transaction-flow analysis; drives root-cause fixes, backlog reduction, knowledge creation, case deflection, and improved resolution metrics. Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social, maintain CRM and reporting accuracy, support marketing campaigns, partner with sales executives, meet KPIs/SLAs, attend events, and continuously learn product and industry knowledge to help convert leads into qualified opportunities.

Implements and configures Finastra payment solutions for clients, provisions application environments, manages technical service requests, investigates and resolves issues, and coordinates with clients, suppliers, engineers, and application managers in German and English. The role supports payment and AML flows, SWIFT services, and ISO 20022 standards, documents implementations for post-go-live support, addresses product defects, and ensures adherence to corporate standards across SaaS and on-premise environments.

Own the post-sale customer experience for Finastra’s Retail Lending solutions by driving adoption, customer health, value realization, renewal readiness, and retention. Manage success plans, stakeholder relationships, escalations, onboarding, executive reviews, and expansion opportunities. Use customer usage data, AI-driven insights, digital engagement programs, and health scoring to prioritize engagement. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, Professional Services, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.
