Leads government and community relations for the North Corridor, aligning capital delivery, CEO office, and engagement teams. Performs professional accounting duties supporting accounts receivable and federal grant accounting. Manages grant reimbursements, invoices, collections, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, financial records, and compliance reporting. Analyzes accounting data, develops spreadsheets and queries, ensures adherence to GAAP and governmental accounting standards, supports process improvements, and provides financial guidance and training to agency staff.

Leads Sound Transit’s Office of Planning and Development, directing long-range and high-capacity transit planning, system integration, fares policy, sustainability, budgets, workforce management, and regional partnerships. Advises executive leadership and the Board, coordinates cross-departmental initiatives, represents the agency with public and governmental stakeholders, and oversees planning recommendations, work plans, performance, compliance, and staff development.

Leads a three-year, large-scale Maximo EAM implementation for a regional transit agency. Manages project scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, security, and stabilization. Coordinates IT, business transformation, system integrators, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, and organizational change teams. Oversees stakeholder communications, governance, contract performance, quality assurance, compliance, executive reporting, and transition to ongoing operations.

Leads a three-year Oracle ERP implementation for a regional transit agency. Manages system integrators, project scope, schedule, budget, risks, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, security, compliance, and stabilization.
