Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and data, evolve the design system and brand, mentor designers, and raise design craft and processes across the company.

Host entertaining live shopping shows to engage viewers and drive sales. Build a recognizable on-screen personality, grow a community, create recurring formats and short-form promotional content, collaborate with the creative team, and take part in events and activations. Regular evening/weekend shifts, on-site in central London.

Own seller support across chat and email: resolve payouts, orders, shipping, disputes and live-event issues quickly. Investigate end-to-end, escalate bugs with context, support live selling events, identify recurring problems, and improve seller trust and retention.
